At the end of the cultivation process, the stem cells themselves are carefully removed. What remains is a phenomenal cellular treasure called the Secretome—the very language cells use to communicate, repair damaged tissues, and trigger rejuvenation. PEXT CM is exactly this: a pure, cell-free, yet intensely biologically active source of vitality.
Why is it Important?
The fundamental importance of CM lies in the Paracrine Effect mechanism, which is the cornerstone of cellular communication. Stem cells do not merely migrate to a damaged or aging tissue to transform into new cells; their primary role is to orchestrate the healing process through the signal molecules (secretome) they release.
• The Synergy (Entourage) Effect: CM does not solely contain exosomes (the smart cargo packets of the cell). In addition to exosomes, it is abundant in free-floating growth factors, tissue-repairing cytokines, essential amino acids, antioxidants, and vitamins. Rather than working in isolation, these components act like a well-conducted orchestra, multiplying each other's efficacy.
• Immediate Response: While exosomes require time to penetrate a cell and release their cargo, the free-floating growth factors and proteins within CM bind to cellular receptors the moment they are applied, initiating the regeneration process instantly.
Why is it So Valuable?
The exceptional value of PEXT CM in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine comes from delivering nature's own repair mechanism in its purest and most complete form.
• Holistic Regeneration: Instead of supplying just a single component that the skin or tissue needs, it offers the "entire menu" simultaneously. It contains everything required to stimulate collagen production, suppress inflammation, and decelerate cellular aging.
• Maximum Bioavailability: Because it is derived directly from young, vibrant stem cells, its molecules are completely recognized by the human body and are put to use immediately without resistance.
• Clinically Enriched Potency: PEXT CM is not merely a carrier medium; it is a highly potent therapeutic agent. By stimulating hyaluronic acid synthesis, activating fibroblasts, and supporting microcirculation, it delivers visible, natural, and long-lasting cellular rejuvenation

PEXT CM is a cell-free, human umbilical cord–derived conditioned media platform designed to support regenerative microenvironment biology through a broad spectrum of secreted proteins, extracellular matrix components, redox enzymes and EV-associated cargo.
Regeneration is not driven by a single molecule. It is orchestrated by a complex biological environment: soluble factors, extracellular matrix signals, redox balance, immune modulation and vesicle-associated communication.
PEXT CM captures this broader biological language in a proteomically characterized, cell-free whole-secretome platform.

PEXT CM is not an exosome-only product. It is a proteomically characterized whole-secretome platform containing extracellular matrix proteins, collagen networks, basement membrane components, growth-factor regulatory proteins, redox enzymes, immune-modulatory signals and EV-associated cargo.

PEXT CM is being developed as a cell-free whole-secretome platform for tissue-repair microenvironment support, with potential applications in post-oncology recovery, radiotherapy-related skin stress, mucosal barrier recovery, chronic wound healing, post-procedure dermatology, scar-quality support and regenerative skin health.

MSCs
MSCs are live-cell therapies. They represent the most biologically flexible category, but they also carry the highest manufacturing, safety, storage and regulatory burden. The International Society for Cellular Therapy defined minimal MSC criteria including plastic adherence, CD105/CD73/CD90 expression, lack of hematopoietic markers and trilineage differentiation capacity.
SVF
SVF is not a single cell type. It is a heterogeneous, non-expanded cell fraction derived mainly from adipose tissue and may contain stromal cells, endothelial cells, pericytes, immune cells and other cellular components. This makes it biologically rich, but also variable and more difficult to standardize.
Exosomes
Exosomes are cell-free vesicle-based products focused on cell-to-cell communication. They are scientifically exciting and commercially attractive, but the term “exosome” requires careful characterization. MISEV2023 emphasizes rigorous nomenclature, separation, characterization and reporting for extracellular vesicle studies.
CM / Conditioned Media
CM is broader than exosomes. It contains the complete secretome released by source cells: soluble proteins, growth-factor-related proteins, extracellular matrix proteins, redox enzymes, cytokine-related mediators and EV-associated cargo. This makes CM a strong platform for microenvironment-level regenerative support, especially when the product is proteomically characterized and supported by potency assays.
PEXT CM captures the regenerative intelligence of selected source cells without delivering live cells. It is not an exosome-only product, but a proteomically characterized whole-secretome platform designed to support tissue-repair microenvironment biology.
One-Line Comparison
Product Type Simplest Definition
MSCs Live-cell regenerative therapy
SVF Heterogeneous adipose-derived cell mixture
Exosomes Cell-free vesicle-based signaling product
CM Cell-free whole-secretome platform
Our Strategic View
If the goal is maximum theoretical biological power, MSCs are the strongest but most difficult platform.
If the goal is same-day autologous biologic use, SVF is attractive but heterogeneous.
If the goal is refined vesicle-based signaling, exosomes are powerful but require strict characterization.
If the goal is a balanced, holistic, premium and scientifically defensible regenerative platform, CM is the most strategic category.
Broader than exosomes. More controlled than SVF. More practical than live-cell therapy. PEXT CM represents the next generation of cell-free whole-secretome regeneration.
